8-11-08 PARIS, FRANCE -- Witness replies... "I was walking on the banks of the Seine River in the later afternoon with my camera. I stopped and took a photogragh of the Austerlilz Bridge near the Gare de Lyon. Later, I noticed the object after reviewing my pictures of the day. A photograph I took shortly after the one with the object, showed nothing unusual. I'm excited about what I photographed and I tell you that I watch the skies every day since then."
