STEP 1

Select the item(s) you want to purchase by entering the quantity in the box and clicking on the ADD button. You can continue to browse or shop. Your order will be rembered until you are ready to finalize your order.

STEP 2

When you have finished shopping and wish to complete your purchase, click the BUY NOW icon.


STEP 3

Be sure that all of the items you ordered appear on your automated order form. If you have removed or added any items, click the UPDATE BAG button. Remember that an additional fee of $19.95 will be added (shipping charge) to all orders of $199 or less. The shipping charge is not reflected in the TOTAL.


STEP 4

You MUST provide us with a valid e-mail address so that we can send you your FedEx or DHL tracking number. Be sure that all of your information is correct before submitting your order. Once you have submitted you order, you will receive a confirmation and we will let you know when your order has been shipped. That's it! In about 7 days you will receive your order.

 

Terms used in our descriptions are honest and representative of the products pictured. The term, "dyed coral" refers to coral that has been treated with permanent pigment to make the colors similar; "old silver" refers to silver that has been melted and reformed over the past several millennia. Old silver usually means that the beads or filigree will be many generations old, and often will be made by the old Jewish silversmiths of Yemen. Items that are specifically known to belong to the Bosani family - the best silversmiths of Arabia - are especially rare and very collectible items. "Manufactured amber" refers to various resins and other natural material that has been colored and shaped to resemble real amber.

Shipping Charges from Yemen to the United States is very expensive - almost $50 US for a package less than one pound by Federal Express (less than 7 days). ViewZone is absorbing half of this cost in our efforts to help Yemen-American trade. As a result, you pay only $19.95 for shipping of items less than $249 US. On items which total over $249, we will pay for the entire shipping charge. You actually save $50 US by this method and your package will be sent by FedEx with a tracking number and delivered right to your door.

Our RETURN POLICY is simple: If for any reason, within 60 days of purchase, you wish to return an item, we will give you a complete refund or credit for the jewelry items you purchased. No questions asked. We want you to be happy with your shopping experience.
