Independent Counsel Ken Starr has gone way too far. His questionable legal tactics have brought disgrace to America and its people.

Starr's self-serving maneuvers have cost millions of taxpayer dollars and ruined several peoples lives. The end result of this 80 million dollar (and still counting) foolishness— the President had an affair!

The investigation of President Clinton concerning abuse of office was initiated by the House Judiciary Committee in 1997. In a letter from Representative Bob Barr of Georgia, Independent Counsel Starr was asked to report "any substantial and credible information that may constitute grounds for impeachment."

Independent Counsel Starr, along with a self appointed staff of lawyers and F.B.I. agents, launched a massive investigation of Clinton's affairs. The payroll for his ever-growing crew of head hunters has reached one million taxpayer dollars per day. Starr and his henchmen, along with the full backing of the Republican Party, collaborated to remove the President from office, but wound up shooting themselves in the foot. Now, the Republicans, after losing two Congressmen for the same crime they accused the President of, are trying to back down.

The law regulating the Independent Counsel's duties are outlined in the U. S. Code, Title 28 - Section 594 and 595. You can read it in full at - http://uscode.house.gov/usc. This code gives the Independent Counsel the powers to conduct an investigation anyway he sees fit.

There are no restrictions placed on him whatsoever. Starr set in motion a personal attack on Clinton and anyone he remotely suspected of having damaging evidence against the President. He had people followed, tapped phones, wired informants, confiscated hard drives from computers, obtained phone call records, procured video rental and book purchase records, and seized personal records of anyone he wished. He used Linda Tripp to entrap Monica Lewinsky by recording their personal conversations. He granted Lewinsky (guilty of stalking the President) immunity from prosecution if she cooperated with him. He also admittedly and intentionally leaked damaging evidence to the press, saying it was information he thought the people should know.

Well, this pretty well stretches the protection powers of the First and Fourth Amendments to their limits. Scary, isn't it? If the average citizen was subject to this type of intensive investigation, most would be found guilty of something.

But why did Ken go to these extremes? I think Ken Starr and the late director of the FBI, J Edgar Hoover, who exhibited the same abuse of power, suffer from the same character flaws. Similarities in their handwriting point out the traits that cause their use of unscrupulous tactics.

First let's compare their signatures.

Both signatures contain very large capitols, all of Ken's are very large and one in Hoover's signature is very large. Self-important people use very large capitols (especially in their signatures) to compensate for feelings of inferiority. The capitols in Hoover's signature (J and H) are ornate and crudely overdone indicating a status seeking, ostentatious person (a further attempt to bolster self-esteem).

Ken's signature is light pressured and very feminine. Ken has too many female hormones. He writes like a girl.

Hoover's signature is heavy pressured, muddy and most small letters are filled in, signaling strong sexual appetites. The capitol "J" has an odd lower loop structure, pointing to odd sexual habits. The lower loop in the "g" is overly large, indicating someone who exaggerates and fantasizes about sex.

What's the point? Both Starr and the late Mr. Hoover suffer from a mental condition known as Paraphilia (sexual perversion). This mental problem tends to arouse an obsessive interest in the sexual affairs of others, and includes symptoms such as voyeurism and transvestic fetishism (cross-dressing).

I have read about the sexual escapades of J. Edgar Hoover and Ken Starr. They are both reported to be homosexuals and like to dress as women. One article, written by a man who went to high school with Ken, reports that Ken often cross-dressed, and on one occasion was caught— with his pants down, in a closet with one of his class mates. This student died of aids some years later. To my knowledge, the reports haven't actually been proven, but there are too many to ignore. Knowing Starr's reputation for vengeance, if they weren't true, Starr would definitely sue the parties involved.*

The Mafia knew of Hoover's sexual perversions, and set up orgies for him with young boys. Mafia leaders secretly took pictures of these orgies and promised not to make them public if Hoover left them alone. Thus, the Mafia flourished during the time Hoover was director of the FBI.

Hoover used these same tactics to gather damaging sexual information on Presidents, politicians, and other notable figures in order to ensure his continuing reign of office, and to satisfy his sexual fantasies.

Similar behavior is exhibited by Starr in his investigation of "high crimes and misdemeanors" against Clinton.

I did uncover some other interesting information on Starr, not related to the Presidential investigation. In a case he was handling for General Motors, he deliberately withheld information from the court that would have lost the case for him. This was discovered, and Ken lost the case. Now Ken has charges of obstruction of justice (sound familiar?) pending against him. The charges will come out after the impeachment trial, if there is one.

Personally, I would like to thank Mr. Starr for single-handedly destroying the Republican Party and assuring a Democratic majority for years to come.

About the Author

Twenty years ago, Gary Thomas purchased a paperback book for one dollar. The title? Analyze Handwriting in 10 Minutes. Gary didn't stop there. He purchased every book he could find about handwriting analysis, and began to develop his skills by taking courses on the subject. Eventually, Gary went on to study criminal justice and psychology at the University of Cincinnati.

Today, he keeps busy with cases he describes as "exciting, but confidential." He is often called upon to "track" down the author of a threatening note, verify forgery, or develop a personality profile on a suspect in a criminal case.

According to Gary Thomas, "Handwriting analysis is a very useful tool. With it you can understand why people do the things they do. It also gives you the upper hand when dealing with strangers."
